The Weber Q3100 is a great mid-sized barbecue for use at home. Made to cook for a crowd, the enamelled cast iron split grill is able to cook up to 15 steaks simultaneously. It comprises a two burner system, designed to ensure every cook comes out as expected The two stainless steel burners are designed such that they will ensure that there are no hot or cold spots across the entire grill, making it possible to utilise the whole cooking surface with no wasted space. The aluminium bowl and shell are designed so that they won’t rust, and with the removable driptray underneath, the unit is easy to clean, with no corners for fat to get hidden away. Coming with a durable trolley and work surfaces, the Q3100 is also able to be compacted so that it takes minimal space in a courtyard. It also comes with a redesigned gas tank stand, so the whole unit can be moved together, without needing to disconnect and reconnect the bottle, making it easy to move around.
