I would like to thank, and congratulate Callan, BBQsPlus Port Melbourne and Weber for outstanding Customer Service and Support. Two fidly issues with my almost 10 year old outside WEBER 5 Burner, and Callan’s knowledge regarding the fixes I needed; and the subsequent back-up support of BBQsPlus & WEBER to search and then supply the parts under Warranty - Service second to none. Thank you and well done Callan, BBQsPlus & WEBER!!

I visited the store and was so fortunate to be greeted by Ben and Callan, who were extremely helpful with all my queries around smoker-style BBQs. They were so hospitable in their ability to provide me help whenever I needed, while also giving me very valuable insights on the products and accessories that are available for the style of BBQ I own. I was also happy to learn that BBQ's Plus does events + cooking classes, to provide barbecue enthusiasts a fun, laid-back setting to see some barbecues in action!!! Never heard of a shop having so much versatility, but happy to say I will definitely be back! (they also have complimentary handouts just fyi 👀)

Visited looking for ideas for an outdoor kitchen, the young lady serving us went above and beyond answering our questions and following up with answers to questions she couldn’t immediately answer.

A phone call from the country and couldn't have found a better business and employee. Callan listened, researched and solved my BBQ issues. An invoice was created, freight calculated and duly ordered. Fantastic service in every respect. 10/10

Really helpful staff. Had an issue this afternoon while cooking a sausage sizzle for 100 people, Laurie had the answer over the phone and I was back to cooking. Much appreciated.

I have recently purchased barbecue accessories for my WeberQ+ 2800N from the Port Melbourne store. I could not be more pleased with the service provided from Callan in store. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with explaining what I needed and how to use it as well as giving me many other tips on use. I would recommend BbQ+ for all your barbecue needs to anyone who was thinking of making a purchase
Cheers Jack

I recently visited the Port Melbourne store, and spoke with Alastair about a new outdoor entertainmentarea we were looking to fit out.

All I can say is 'Wow', this is what customer service is about! Alastair was extremely knowledgeable and offered a heap of solid, honest advice about both products that they sold in store, and other products on the market. He spent a heap of time going through the pros and cons of different BBQ's, outdoor fridges, pizza ovens and Kamado style units.

I have spoken to a number of different stores at different times, and will now not buy from anywhere else. These guys are awesome!

Thank you Alastair, very much appreciated😊

Tim was exceptionally helpful. My girlfriend and I are BBQ novices, but Tim was patient and very helpful with the many questions that we had, and was super friendly. He helped us compare a few models, showed us all the basics, and gave us some very practical tips. We ended up buying a Weber Q package yesterday and got cooking that night! Pretty happy with the service and the product!

One of the few places that sells pellets other than Traeger brand. Bought three bags of BQr's Delight pellets and got a discount. Fantastic service, friendly and helpful staff. I notice they also have binchōtan charcoal among other specially things.

Alastair and the team were fantastic, including Gary who delivered my Egg. I sought them out as a Big Green Egg retailer and they were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Their customer service is top rate and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, including delivery and set up. I definitely recommend them for your next purchase!

I bought a Napoleon Oasis kitchen from BBQs Plus in Port Melbourne. I can't recommend Alastair and the guys here enough. There were a couple of problems with the bbq (no fault of the guys in the shop) which they sorted out very quickly and efficiently, including a personal home visit to make sure everything turned out okay. I can't think of any other company from whom I've had such EXCELLENT service. Would recommend any time. Napoleon Barbecues are quite something too - love the built sear grill and charcoal cooking options.
