Weber Poultry Infusion Roaster

Create tender, juicy poultry with delicious barbecue flavour using the Poultry Roaster. Designed to hold beer, wine, juice or other flavourful liquids, it helps infuse your chicken with moisture and flavour as it cooks while encouraging a beautifully crisp exterior.

The fitted cap helps retain steam during cooking, while collected juices can be used for basting to add even more flavour. A ceramic non-stick coating also makes cleanup quick and convenient once your meal is finished.
