The 8-inch teardrop-shaped blade is designed to enhance the natural turning motion, making it easier to rotate pizzas for an even cook. Its pressed and welded construction creates a smooth, snag-free surface that slides easily underneath your pizza.

A perforated stainless steel blade allows excess flour to fall away, helping reduce burnt flour on the base of your pizza for a cleaner, better-tasting crust.

The ergonomic design shifts the centre of gravity closer to your hand for greater control and manoeuvrability. Finished with an FSC sustainably sourced Beech wood handle, the Balance Turning Peel provides a comfortable grip with a classic, premium feel.
