Weber Family Q Convection Trays

Bring oven-style cooking to your Weber Family Q with these specially designed Convection Trays. When paired with a compatible roasting trivet, they create an indirect cooking setup that’s ideal for roasting, baking, pizzas, desserts and more.

The trays are designed to promote even heat circulation around your food for consistent cooking results. During roasting, fats and juices collect in the tray to help create rich, smoky barbecue flavour, while excess drippings are directed away from the burner to help minimise flare-ups.

• Converts your Weber Family Q from direct grilling to indirect cooking when used with a roasting trivet
