Gozney Dome & Dome XL Wood-Fire Control Kit

Take greater control of live-fire cooking with the Gozney Wood-Fire Control Kit. Designed specifically for the Dome (Gen 2) and Dome XL (Gen 2), this innovative accessory makes cooking with wood or charcoal easier and more precise while maintaining the authentic flavour of cooking over real fire.

At the heart of the system is a heavy-gauge stainless steel wood rack that raises your fuel above the stone floor. This improves airflow around the embers for cleaner, more efficient combustion, a stronger flame and less debris across your oven’s cooking surface.

Advanced airflow technology gives you greater control over your fire, while the powerful Boost Mode makes it easy to increase airflow when you need extra heat. Whether you’re searing meat at high temperatures, adding wood-fired flavour to your favourite dishes or settling in for a low-and-slow charcoal cook, the Wood-Fire Control Kit makes managing your fire simpler.

Powered by an interchangeable USB-C rechargeable battery, the system integrates neatly with your oven without complicated wiring or external power connections.

For anyone who loves the flavour and experience of cooking over wood or charcoal but wants greater precision and consistency, the Gozney Wood-Fire Control Kit is the ultimate upgrade for your Dome (Gen 2) or Dome XL (Gen 2).
