Cook with more flexibility using the Big Green Egg Dual Zone Deflector Kit. Designed specifically for the Large Big Green Egg, this versatile setup lets you create direct and indirect heat zones at the same time, making it easy to sear, roast and slow cook in a single session.

The two ceramic split deflectors can be positioned individually for dual-zone cooking or used together to create a full indirect cooking surface for low and slow barbecue. An optimised stainless steel basket improves airflow and makes the system easier to lift and handle when hot.

Compatible with a range of Big Green Egg cooking accessories, including the Half Moon Cast Iron Plancha Griddle, Cast Iron Half Grid and 2 Piece Multi-Level Rack.
